Katie’s Pregnancy Tea

Pregnancy Tea – For Nausea, Vomiting & Reflux Relief

A soothing, natural herbal blend designed to ease common pregnancy discomforts. This gentle tea combines peppermint, marshmallow root, dandelion root, and ginger – herbs traditionally used to calm nausea, settle digestion, reduce bloating and relieve reflux.

Perfect for sipping throughout pregnancy, especially during the early weeks when nausea is most common or later on in the second and third trimester when reflux and bloating can become challenging. Safe for everyday use from the first trimester through to birth.

This tea is also a wonderful option for anyone seeking gentle digestive support, without the inclusion of licorice – a common herb for digestion but best avoided if you have high blood pressure or are taking certain medications.
