Katie’s Raspberry Leaf Tea

Raspberry Leaf Tea – For Labour Preparation, Birth, Postpartum & Heavy Periods

A single-ingredient, organic herbal tea traditionally used to support women through late pregnancy, birth preparation, postpartum recovery, and menstrual wellbeing. Raspberry leaf has long been valued by midwives and naturopaths for its gentle toning effect on the uterus, helping the body prepare for labour while also offering ongoing support for heavy or painful periods.

This tea is safe from the second trimester onwards and can be enjoyed daily throughout late pregnancy, after birth, and across the menstrual cycle when extra support is needed. Not recommended during the first trimester unless prescribed by your healthcare practitioner.
