Our Clinical Nutritionist, Dani, works to support women right through from peri-menopause onwards, supporting healthy ageing, improving energy levels and sleep, reaching and maintaining healthy weight, bone health & overall wellness. Dani provides evidence based holistic nutrition support, with a passion for using food as medicine. Dani also prescribed high-quality nutritional supplements where appropriate.

How do consults work?
In an Initial Naturopathic or Nutrition consultation you will have time to explain your health story to Katie or Dani – what brought you to booking this consultation, what symptoms you’re experiencing & what your wellness goals are. We will then ask lots of questions and may perform physical examinations to help gain a holistic understanding of what’s causing your symptoms. The holistic understanding is what sets Naturopathy & Clinical Nutrition apart – we look at the ways that different body systems interact, and how your diet, lifestyle, mental & emotional health are all impacting how you feel physically. Katie & Dani will typically prescribe diet & lifestyle advice, as well as individualized nutritional prescriptions where appropriate. Katie also utilizes herbal medicine.
Katie uses up to date evidence-based practice as well as traditional Naturopathic understanding in her consultations. With the goal of empowering you with wellness, she seeks to educate her clients to help them create lifelong wellness.
Dani is passionate about providing education to her clients on what constitutes a healthy diet, while providing evidence based nutritional prescriptions.
Not everybody who books in does so because they are unwell – some clients instead book because they want to enhance their wellness. To have a wellness consultation, the booking process is exactly the same starting with an Initial Consultation.

Your Preconception Care & Women’s Health Naturopath.
I help people find the root causes of their symptoms, treating body, mind & soul. My passion is predominantely for women’s health – supporting couples with fertility & preconception care, women through pregnancy, postpartum & motherhood. I also strive to help with hormones, period pain, gut health, mental health & thyroid conditions.
I implement up to date, evidence based practices as well as incorporating traditional Naturopathic Medicine in my practice in Croydon & Online.

Your go-to Peri-Menopause & Healthy Ageing Nutritionist
Dani helps people to find the root cause of their fatigue, trouble sleeping, joint pain, perimenopause & menopausal symptoms as well as supporting optimal heart and metabolic health. Dani’s passion is for helping move from the belief that they just have to feel tired, sore and depleted, instead helping them to flourish and thrive. This stuff is really important as we start to age – just because you’re over 40 doesn’t mean you should just feel like crap!
