At Katie Blakely Wellness, our vision has always been to create a space where women feel supported, understood, and empowered through every stage of life – from preconception and pregnancy through to postpartum, perimenopause, and beyond.
While Dani and I focus on physical health – naturopathic & nutritional care, we know that true wellbeing is about so much more than the body alone. That’s why we’re so thrilled to welcome Brielle, a skilled and compassionate counsellor, into our clinic space.
Brielle brings a depth of expertise in mental and emotional wellbeing, supporting mothers and women through the big, often challenging transitions of life. Her work beautifully complements what we do, ensuring our clients have access to holistic care that addresses the mind, body, and heart.
Whether you’re navigating the early weeks with a newborn, struggling with perimenopause symptoms, or carrying the invisible load of motherhood, Brielle offers a safe, nurturing space to process your experiences and rediscover yourself.
Why Women Seek Support From Brielle
Brielle works with women who are navigating motherhood, fertility challenges, pregnancy loss, or major life transitions.

A not-so-new mum, carrying the invisible weight of everyone’s needs but your own.
-
Grieving fertility struggles, pregnancy loss, or infant loss, and feeling alone in that pain.
-
Parenting a neurodivergent child or navigating parenting as a neurodivergent mum yourself.
-
Managing relationship shifts, work transitions, or preparing to return to work after maternity leave.
-
Experiencing the emotional and physical changes of perimenopause or menopause while also juggling motherhood or other life demands.
-

Why Counselling is So Valuable for Mothers and Women
Motherhood changes everything – your body, your relationships, your priorities, and your sense of self. But often, the focus stays solely on the baby, while mothers are left feeling unseen and unsupported.
Counselling provides a safe space where you can:
-
Process difficult experiences, such as birth trauma, pregnancy loss, or overwhelming parenting moments.
-
Rediscover yourself, beyond the role of mother or caregiver.
-
Learn practical tools to manage anxiety, stress, or emotional overload.
-
Navigate transitions, like returning to work or parenting through perimenopause.
-
Feel understood, truly seen, and validated.
When mothers are supported, families thrive.
And when women are supported through life’s big changes, they’re able to step into the next stage with strength and clarity.
